taking a leadership course is very beneficial for developing communication, conflict management, and decision-making skills. The course also emphasized empathy and integrity as important qualities in leading. With the simulations and feedback from the instructors, I was able to immediately put into practice the theories learned and better prepare myself to lead a team in the real world.

I have participated in various leadership programs and courses, but the program offered by MCW stood out in a unique way. It encouraged me to view things from a fresh perspective and to re-evaluate everything I had learned—not because my previous knowledge was wrong, but because this program deepened my understanding, making it wiser.
