In this session, Melissa from the Center for Young Leaders in Africa will share insights on her journey as a young leader and how taking the time to identify and reflect on your skills, strengths, and weaknesses is crucial. In addition, after her presentation, Melissa will guide the group in identifying their own personal strengths and areas of growth.
