To address communities’ pressing needs by empowering current leaders and readying leaders of tomorrow.
What We Do
Our Featured Programs
Young Leaders Program
The Young Leaders Program strives to challenge young leaders across the world to address problems facing their communities in the areas of education, health and economic security. We train and invest in their leadership through four programs: The Alumni Ventures Fund, the Community Leaders in Africa Internship Program, the Young Leaders Conference and the Young Leaders Access Program.
Our affiliates in Rwanda, Tanzania, and Zambia are actively working with local communities to address the prevailing challenges in education, health and economic insecurity. Through literacy and vocational training programs at MC-Rwanda and MC-Zambia, the rural communities of Bugesera and Chanyanya respectively inch closer to socio-economic growth, while MC-Tanzania leads transformational Oral Health Care programs in Mbeya and Tanga.
Oral Health Care
The Oral Health Care Program, which began with MC-Tanzania and is expanding to our other affiliates, aims to develop and strengthen community dentistry by improving the ability of dental therapy students to set up and carry out Dental Outreach (i.e., education, screening, and treatment). Through this, the goal is for communities to live free from oral and dental diseases.
