Inbar Fruchsad Weil reflects on her experience with MCW Global, emphasizing the importance of embracing diversity; and how her journey with MCW Global comes in handy even after more than a decade has passed since she first crossed paths with the organization.
She believes that getting to know people from around the world and collaborating with them has taught her that there are many different ways to tackle issues- a unique opportunity through MCW Global’s network.
“The most important thing I’ve taken from being engaged for so long with MCW Global is to embrace diversity. Getting to know people from all over the world, exchanging ideas, and collaborating with them, has made me understand that there are many different styles to tackle any issue. There is no one right way, but rather many different angles.”
Inbar shares how it has profoundly impacted her worldview.
“I’ve been with MCW Global since I was 18 and through my 30s, and I can confidently say it has had a huge impact on how I view the world. I work with people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds and approach my daily encounters with open-mindedness and respectful curiosity, making life much more interesting.”
“Thanks to MCW Global I’ve learned to feel at home in the world,” she adds.
Currently, Inbar works as a Product Manager and Senior Experience Architect on an Austrian Scale-Up- and she touches on how
“It is quite a demanding job – and I feel that the knowledge I’ve gained through the Young Leaders Program is a secret magic I can always pull when I need to approach a new product strategy or improve an existing one.”
Throughout her time with MCW, Inbar experienced great support for her ideas and initiatives, allowing her to contribute her expertise and hone her skills.
