On June 20, MCW Global partnered with Shared Interest and led a discussion on leadership, as part of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Social Impact Leaders Forum, an initiative launched by Shared Interest.
Shared Interest’s leadership forum and tour are designed to expose diverse students to careers in social impact investing, innovative finance, and entrepreneurship, growing fields where Black talent is vastly underrepresented.
During this event, Dr. Charles Robbins, MCW Global Board of Directors Member, facilitated a discussion on leadership, which included the Young Leaders Fellowship Program, and how it has been benefiting youth worldwide for many years now.
MCW Global representatives, including Eddie Bergman, Co-founder & President of the Board, Dr. Marion Bergman, Director of Healthcare Projects (volunteer, and Khalid Elachi, Executive Director participated in the leadership discussion.
MCW Global welcomed the opportunity to collaborate with other organizations as well as inform audiences about the work and activities of MCW Global and its Affiliates in Africa.
